The documentation service is intended for a seller

who has already found a buyer but wants assistance in preparing the transaction, or

who is staying outside Estonia and needs representation by power of attorney, or

who is a non-resident and needs assistance in disposing of property located in Estonia.

Consultation, document review and handling of formalities, negotiations and communication with the buyer, submission of the necessary documents and correct transaction details to the notary’s office for drafting the agreement, arranging the possibility to use a deposit account, representation in the notarial transaction by power of attorney, and preparation of the property handover report.

Preparation of the content of powers of attorney, and if necessary, assistance with filing income tax declarations.
