Kinnisvara Vahenduskeskus OÜ is a family-run real estate agency that has operated consistently for more than 20 years. We specialize in the sale of residential and commercial real estate in Läänemaa and Haapsalu, rental services, the sale of developments, and the sale of undeveloped land. Although we operate mainly in Western Estonia, it is also possible to provide services in Harjumaa and Tallinn.

Real estate sales, purchases and rentals, consultations, analysis of rights and obligations arising from ownership and contractual relationships, pre-sale advice, and sales price forecasting.

We represent non-residents in the sale, encumbrance, purchase, and taxation of real estate.
